Background:
We have a requirement for a recruitment consultant who comes from a strong sales background; we are looking for someone with excellent sales skills and who is very driven. You should have at least 2 years experience in the sales industry were you have continuously hit and over achieved target and shown a drive to exceed targets. We our look for a dynamic, hard working, money driven individual who gets results and in able to positively help others to also achieve success.
The Role
This role is suited to a individual has always achieved excellent results in and wants to take the next progressive step in their sales career. You will to have at least 2 years experience as a sales environment and will have constantly achieved results, worked as part of a team and will want to progress to a six figure salary, one of our consultants earned that in the last year so why can’t you. An impressive and proven sales background, a sound understanding of the IT marketplace would be advantageous but is not essential. But because of the excellent training we offer we are willing to take people with the raw skills and progress them. This role requires forward thinking ambitious individual with a hunger for success and to progress in sales. We offer an excellent commission stricture, company mobile phone and a company car scheme is also offered along with David Lloyd membership and the chance to progress quickly up the career ladder. The Person
Will be driven and will know how to get the best out of people will be firm but fair and always lead by example, this role would suit someone who has a proven background in sales and really in keen to put in the time and effort to progress their career. You should be looking to join a progressive company that has the resources and current structure to achieve a lot in a short space of time. I want someone who walks and talks the talk and who can understand the bigger picture of what it takes to be successful in sales, if you supply the effort and dedication our client is prepared to provide the direction and training.
Progression
This position can first of all lead to a senior consultant then on to a team leader position, Our client has a policy to promote from with in so this position has the opportunity to be progress according to the candidates ability and results.
