Branch Manager - Industrial
Base £41,000 + Bonus
Part of a medium-sized, cash rich group, not one of the usual Nationals. They need an experienced Branch Manager to build and grow a successful team. Alternatively, you’re a Senior Consultant ready for more responsibility and higher financial rewards. You'll need at least 3 years experience of the Industrial or Driving sectors, you'll be completely responsible for the branch, including full P&L and business development. This will be a very challenging role, your abilities will be tested in all aspects of winning new business, attracting candidates and motivating the team, but you’ll gain a real sense of satisfaction. The culture is hands-on throughout the organisation, so your Directors will really appreciate your efforts. You’ll need high levels of initiative, you’ll take responsibility for your actions, but will receive full support at all levels.
