We are recruiting on behalf of an International Recruitment Consultancy, now embarking on exciting expansion plans. With a history over many decades this is one of the market leading companies, with offices in the US & Europe. They cover the UK from key regional locations and require a Business Development Manager for their Edinburgh office as well as Account Managers & Resourcers. Their success is based on a number of factors, including clear vision, extensive funding and innovative strategies. They operate the 'hunter/farmer' style of recruitment, with Business Developers winning new clients and Account Managers/Resourcers delivering the service. The BDM will spend his or her time exploiting current relationships, identifying & gaining new opportunities. Account Managers or Resourcers will locate the correct candidates via advertising, database & some head hunting, and follow the process through to conclusion. You'll probably have 1-7 years Recruitment experience, from any discipline. You'll be a team player, keen to join a forward thinking firm offering full appreciation & rewards for your efforts & achievements. Despite being one of the largest players in the market, they pride theirselves on having a local, family feel, with a fun, open working atmosphere and full hands-on support at all levels.
