Established in the late ‘80’s this leading independent agency has developed an excellent reputation amongst clients, candidates & staff. Further growth has created openings for two new Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join a successful team in their Leeds office. You’ll need to be well presented, with outstanding communications skills, highly articulate, with a burning desire to excel in the Recruitment Industry. You’ll deal with a variety of vacancies, mainly Office & Industrial, both Temps & Perms. Full and ongoing training will be offered in all aspects of the sector. A Trainee Recruitment Consultant’s job is varied, involving a great deal of winning new business from clients by telephone and through visits, managing existing relationships, also interviewing candidates, matching and some administration. Essentially it’s a sales/customer service job, where results count and success is in your own hands.
