Trainee / Junior Recruitment Consultant
Base £16,000 -£18,000 + Commission OTE £30,000+
Established in 2002 with a strong presence in the General Insurance, London Market and Asset/Investment Management sectors, are currently looking for a Junior or Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their Delivery team.
The role will involve sourcing a wide range of candidates before and after the interview process as well as supporting both the Managing Director, Delivery Manager & Consultants where appropriate. You will utilise a wide range of recruitment methods including advertising, database search and where applicable head hunting. You will preferably have some sales experience but more importantly will be hungry for success, tenacious and willing to learn.
Basic salary is in the range of £16,000 - £18,000 plus bonuses. Also on offer is the potential to be a key part of an organisation that aims to expand rapidly within the next 2 years, as well as having the opportunity to work with key members of the team and fast track to the position of Consultant.
