They offer individually tailored solutions for the recruitment of HR and Training professionals, including permanent and contract assignments, at all levels of HR, from HR Assistants to Senior Executive and Board level HR appointments. Their client base is vast and they work with companies from SMEs to large multinational blue chip companies in all industry sectors including Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, Engineering and Electronics, Construction, Marketing, Financial Services, IT, Telecoms, Public and Voluntary sectors.
· Achieve minimum standards of sales activities and meet company expectations
· Canvass existing and potential clients with a view to securing business
· Carry out in depth and face to face interviews.
· Keep accurate records and occasionally carry out administrative duties in order to meet business requirements, legal requirements and internal quality systems.
· Match applicant abilities and aspirations to vacancies and use relevant selling skills to secure interviews.
· Identify client and applicant objections and effectively overcome them by using relevant selling techniques, both on the telephone and when visiting Clients on their premises.
· Negotiate, within company guidelines, rates and fee details with the client before placement confirmation.
· Prepare advertisements to attract new applicants.
