£17,000 - £20,000 + OTE
This is a leading specialist recruitment firm operating throughout the UK. It was established to provide tailored recruitment solutions to clients within the financial services sector. They offer a range of services spanning contract and permanent recruitment. Their vision is to build a successful recruitment consultancy, forging long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike. They aim to learn about the recruitment needs of organisations in order to provide them with efficient and cost effective solutions.
This sector is now enjoying a new boom, and our client currently have more clients and candidates than they can deal with. They are therefore urgently seeking 3-4 additions Consultants to join their expanding team.
Most Consultants are aged early - late 20's. It tends to be a young person's game - work hard, play hard. Qualities need : high energy, enthusiasm, tenacious, persistence, drive, hunger, prepared to work long hours if necessary, confidence, articulate, intelligent, excellent listening skills, able to assimilate information rapidly. Of course Career Development is important, but generally this comes from leading by example.
