This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Consultant to join this motivated division.
You will have proven your billing and consultative ability within the Engineering sector, preferably the Manufacturing, FMCG, Food or Drink markets recruiting for either Contract, Temporary or Permanent staff – and are now looking for a new opportunity and challenge.
The team is extremely successful to date and has cultivated very strong Client relationships, based on our industry knowledge, and commitment to supplying high-calibre candidates with a strong “quality of service” focus.
The team operates in a highly competitive market place where the key to success is the quick delivery of the right people. There is a specific need to offer clients new solutions to candidate attraction, credibility and promote previous successes.
All applicants should have:
At least 2 years recruitment experience, gained within Engineering or Technical recruitment (not Industrial, Secretarial or Finance)
You should have proven client development and relationship building skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise at a senior level both internally and externally
An understanding and passion for marketing and business development
Proactively source candidates and follow up on leads through networking
The financial rewards are excellent both in terms of basic salary and bonus structure. Bonuses are uncapped and successful consultants are among the best-paid professionals in the industry
